Kristi Young is the founder of Strong Anchor Consulting, a disability navigation consulting service supporting families raising children with disabilities. With 27 years of experience across the disability support community, she has worked alongside families and children navigating complex medical, educational, and state-based systems.

After watching countless families struggle to make sense of fragmented systems, Kristi started Strong Anchor Consulting to give parents the roadmap she always wished they had.

Through her work, Kristi helps families understand their child's needs, navigate systems with confidence, and build the language and tools to advocate effectively. She is based in the Treasure Valley and serves families both locally and nationwide via virtual consultation.
