Join us for a free, community-focused series of engaging emergency preparedness presentations at your local library. Each one-hour session, followed by a 30-minute Q&A, will equip you with vital knowledge on topics including:

Building a 72-hour emergency kit

Creating a family preparedness plan

Understanding local threats and hazards

Receiving emergency alerts and warnings

These talks are designed to help you assess your own readiness and take simple, proactive steps toward greater resilience. Participants will receive helpful handouts and are encouraged to stay involved through ongoing programs like our Preparedness Pointer newsletter and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) trainings.
